The 3d Cavalry Association is a non-profit association
registered with the IRS. Its mission is to provide financial support to the
Regiment to preserve the Regimental heritage and assist Troopers and their
families through difficult times. The association accomplishes its mission
through support of the 3d Cavalry museum, sponsoring Regimental events, and
maintaining a contact list for Veterans to keep in touch through the years
following their service with the Brave Rifles, including veterans reunions. The
Association provides critical assistance to families of casualties and fallen
troopers. The Association also runs a scholarship fund for the children of
fallen Troopers. The Regimental association is open to all members of the
extended Brave Rifles family: former Troopers of the 3d Cavalry, all soldiers
who have been attached to the Regiment, family members of current and former
Troopers, and any friends of the Regiment. |
